  •  Not looking to lose weight? No problem.  This isn't just a weight-loss program.  We encourage all types of transformations.
  •  Are you respectful?  You must respect the rules of the gym.  The rules were created to protect our culture.  The culture was created to give you the best possible experience.

Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized challenge transformation plan.

Follow your complete nutritional overhaul

Our nutrition coaching is 1-on-1 and completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.
Step 3
Start with Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why you start your Transformation with one-on-one training with a certified CrossFit Trainer. This is the best way to get ready for your transformation.
Step 4
Join our Transformation Classes

Our Transformation classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.
Step 5
Stay accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost 10lbs of fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.

LaMonté is a former collegiate track and field athlete who discovered CrossFit in 2011. He quickly became passionate about health, fitness, and preventing chronic disease. He has been coaching since 2012 and opened CrossFit West of the River in 2014. He is excited to help every single person discover the best version of themselves.
